At Redshaw homes we take care of every step involved in creating and building your brand new home. We are available throughout the entire process to answer and deal with any questions or concerns you may have.
Stage 1
Our initial meeting with you will determine the location of your new home, which design will best suit the needs of you and your family and how to get the most out of your budget.
Stage 2
We plan the house for your chosen site and complete the specifications. We will then offer you a quote.
Stage 3
On acceptance of the quote, the contracts are signed, the plans are completed and we then apply for building consent.
Stage 4
It’s time to customise your new home! The choice of an extensive range of fixtures and fittings is up to you. From kitchen utilities and benchtops to colour schemes and door handles, you add your own individuality to the house!
Stage 5
The building will commence and you will be able to see your new home take shape.
With our 16 week build schedule and regular site meetings to check it’s progress, you will be well on the way to walking through your very own new front door.
Stage 6
Once the Certificate of completion Is issued and the final inspection is passed we are given a Master Build Guarantee.You are now ready to pick up the keys.
