When you consider the cost to renovate an older property, which could be in the region of $50,000 for a fairly straightforward makeover; plus the ongoing savings from the lower running costs of a well-insulated, energy-efficient, and maintenance-free new home; buying new really starts to make sense.

Choices of location
Redshaw Homes build homes primarily for the Hawke’s Bay market, and have built over 150 homes in the region*. At present we are building in Napier’s Parklands subdivision, which is also the location of our showhome. We have built over 80 houses in Parklands.
Redshaw Homes can also be found in Brooklands Havelock North and Frimley Hastings. We also accept commissioned work in other areas
on a case-by-case basis.
